Chamber Welcomes Public Policy Advisor
(Tri-Cities) February 18, 2014 – The Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce is excited to welcome our new Public Policy Advisor, Aaron Robinson, to the team. In this newly created position, Aaron will be working closely with the Chamber’s Public Policy Committee on issues important to the Tri-Cities’ business community.

Aaron was born and raised in the Tri-Cities, but moved to Ontario in 2007 to pursue his post-secondary education. He attended the University of Western Ontario and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, with honours, specializing in International Relations. While attending university, Aaron was active in Ontario politics at various levels.He cites an eye-opening experience at a Red Cross Global Issues Symposium as his inspiration for pursuing a career in public policy:

We are pleased to have Aaron join the Tri-Cities Chamber team as our Public Policy Advisor. In this position, he will strive to create a better connection between businesses and public servants, and to give Chamber members a bigger voice when it comes to the policies and issues that impact Tri-Cities businesses.
