Small Business Dialogue: Attracting & Retaining Talent by Hiring Inclusively
Presented by the Presidents Group and

The dialogue will focus on how to develop a diverse hiring strategy, inclusive of people with disabilities. Lisa from Gabi & Jules Bakery will talk about how hiring inclusively helped her mitigate the labour shortage by opening her organization’s access to an untapped talent pool. The topics being discussed include:
  • The successes you’ve seen in recruiting and retaining talent
  • The challenges you face in recruiting and retaining talent
  • Strategies to find, recruit and retain a diverse workforce – inclusive of people with disabilities
  • Tips to creating conversations that lead to an inclusive workplace
