Gillian Kirk, Tejas Healing
Gillian Kirk is a Registered Massage Therapist who has been practicing and studying yoga and meditation for more than two decades. She has advanced training in reiki, ayurvedic healing, breathwork, and chakra energy centers, all of which inform her holistic approach to healing. Ultimately, Gillian’s goal is to show how yoga and meditation can lead us to become the most luminous, radiant version of ourselves both on and off the mat.

Michelle Tremblay, MPower Lives
Michelle Tremblay, the founder of MPower Lives Company, is located in the Tri-Cities area in Vancouver’s lower mainland.  She has worked with over 15,000 participants nationwide and is highly recognized as a powerful speaker, great motivator, and compassionate leader.   She is dedicated, committed, and inspired to mpower change in the workplace, schools, and community at large through mental and physical health and wellness strategies, mindfulness and social and emotional learning.

Sandra Horton, Sandra J Horton
As a business transformation facilitator with an MA in Leadership and certified in Prosci Change Management. Sandra Horton champions organizations through change in the key areas of leadership development and employee engagement. Sandra is a dynamic speaker and co-author of Voices of the 21st Century, and Growth Strategies for the Hungry Entrepreneur.
