Holiday Luncheon 2024 

Celebrate the holidays over a hearty buffet lunch at the Chamber's jolliest event of the year! Book a table, or join your friends from the community - come enjoy a fun afternoon while getting into the holiday spirit! With door prizes, festive entertainment and great networking opportunities, this is an event you won't want to miss! 


Dress Code

Dress in your coziest attire! Whether it's a seasonal sweater, your favorite plaid pattern, or anything that makes you feel snug and relaxed, we want you to be comfy and stylish! 


Silent Auction
We will be hosting a silent auction full of amazing products and items! Gift cards, themed gift baskets, just to name a few! This will be the perfect opportunity to get a head start on your holiday shopping! If you wish to make a donation, please complete this form.


Cash Donations
'Tis the season of giving! We will be accepting cash donations at the event for the Coquitlam Foundation, winner of the 2024 Business Excellence Awards Not-for-Profit of the Year. So bring a few $10s and $20s!


Entertainment 
Drop by the Photo Booth at this year's Holiday Luncheon. Magik Moments, a Photo Booth Rental in Vancouver, will have their Magik Mirror Booth available 11am-2pm.

Mini tree decorating contest! One mini tree (approx 2.5 feet tall) will be provided to each table. Get creative, help us add a little holiday cheer and show us your skills at tree decorating! Ornaments and decorations will be provided but feel free to bring your own. The 3 best-decorated trees will win a prize!


Food Bank Donations
Our Warmth sponsor, Fortis BC, will be collecting donations for SHARE food bank this year.
*Please be advised that we cannot distribute open, damaged or past the best before date food*
  • Fresh fruits/vegetables (cash donations will be most preferred to keep things fresh)

Member table (9) - $825 +GST

Non-member - $140 +GST

Non-member table (9) - $1250 +GST

We respectfully request at least 72 hours of notice for cancellations. A full refund of ticket purchased will be made via the original payment method. Cancellation made less than 72 hours will result in a 100% charge of the ticket price.
