Get ready to trade snowflakes for sunshine at the Chamber’s jolliest event of the year! Join us for a festive Holiday Luncheon with a tropical twist — where palm trees meet poinsettias and good vibes are guaranteed.

So grab your flip-flops, bring your holiday spirit, and join us to Eat, Drink & Be Tropical. Put on your favourite tropical attire and celebrate the season at the Chamber's merriest event of the year. Book a table, or join your friends from the community – come enjoy a fun afternoon while getting into the holiday spirit. With a silent auction, festive entertainment and great networking opportunities, this is an event you won't want to miss.

Silent Auction

We are going ONLINE!!! We will be hosting an online auction full of amazing products and items. Gift cards, themed gift baskets, hockey tickets, and wall of wine(s) just to name a few. This will be the perfect opportunity to get a head start on your holiday shopping. If you wish to donate an item, please complete this form.

Cash Donation 
'Tis the season of giving. We will be accepting cash donations at the event for the Coquitlam Seach and Rescue, winner of the 2025 Business Excellence Awards Not-for-Profit of the Year. So bring a few $10s and $20s!

Food Bank Donations
Our Warmth sponsor, Fortis BC, will be collecting donations for SHARE food bank this year.
*Please be advised that we cannot distribute open, damaged or past the best before date food*

We respectfully request at least 72 hours of notice for cancellations. A full refund of ticket purchased will be made via the original payment method. Cancellation made less than 72 hours will result in a 100% charge of the ticket price.
