I come from a notary assistant background and transitioned into a sub-mortgage broker role at Ridgemont Lending Group, a mortgage brokerage, creating my own niche in the industry with New To Canada purchasers fitting the First Time Buyer Category.

I also spent a portion of my 3 years working at Ridgemont Lending Group as an underwriter. This makes me keenly aware that when you are a well versed Mortgage Broker, you really do need a knowledgeable Business Development Manager who knows their product in and out.

This all lead me to getting an opportunity with Neighbourhood Holdings where I get to use my niche knowledge and skill to assist other mortgage brokers with their clients who are:
1. Self employer income earners.
2. Bruised-Credit Borrowers.
3. Those seeking to take out equity/pay out their debts.
4. Need a quick rescue/Time sensitive files.
5. New to Canada or thin-file borrowers. 

Or anything else that you're noticing meets the B side criteria but is being turned away or picked apart by your favourite B lender.
