Celebrate the holidays over a hearty buffet lunch at the Chamber's jolliest event of the year! Book a table, or join your friends from the community - come enjoy a fun afternoon while getting in the holiday spirit! With door prizes, fun entertainment and great networking opportunities, this is an event you won't want to miss! 


Theme

Get ready to rock around the tinsel tree and celebrate the season RETRO style! From the Swinging 60's to the Groovy 70's, it's going to be a holiday blast from the past! No retro party is complete without the right outfit so come out in your best 60s/70s outfit and win a prize! 


Silent Auction
We are going old-school and back to doing paper bidding this year! We will be hosting a silent auction full of amazing products and items! Gift cards, themed gift baskets, just to name a few! This will be the perfect opportunity to get a head start on your holiday shopping! If you'd like to make a donation, please complete this form.


Cash Donations
Make sure to bring your cash! All cash donations at the event will go to the Access Youth Outreach Services, winner of the 2023 Business Excellence Awards Not-for-Profit of the Year. So bring a few $10s and $20s! To learn more about the Access Youth Outreach Services, please click here.

*Please be advised that we cannot distribute open, damaged or past the best before date food*

Member - $95 +GST

Member table (9) - $825 +GST

Non-member - $135 +GST

Non-member table (9) - $1200 +GST

We respectfully request at least 72 hours of notice for cancellations. A full refund of ticket purchased will be made via the original payment method. Cancellation made less than 72 hours will result in a 100% charge of the ticket price.
