The SuperHost® Customer Service Training course brings relevant, up-to-date training to front-line staff in every industry at an affordable price. Delivered in person, SuperHost® equips customer service employees with the practical skills and knowledge they need to meet and exceed their customers’ expectations. Since its launch in 1985, SuperHost® has become the gold standard for customer service excellence in BC.

This course is a comprehensive, practical introduction to the principles of providing a quality service experience. Customer service skills are highly valued by employers, and are among the top skills required in most workplaces. This training is interactive and practice scenarios that allow you to gain ideas and skills that can be applied to your job right away

You will learn: 

  • basic customer service, 
  • communication and teamwork skills, 
  • importance of front-line employees in service sector businesses, 
  • expectations from the point of view of customers, employers and coworkers,
  • communication etiquette and best practices 
  • service recovery techniques 

You will receive a certificate upon completing the course.

Facilitator:

Alexander Bell

Alex has been a SuperHost® instructor since 2010. In that time he has delivered hundreds of SuperHost® workshops around the province and even to other parts of the country. Alex has also been instrumental in helping develop various workshop content. As an Employment Counsellor, Alex has delivered the SuperHost® workshops to youth employment programs, new immigrant employment programs and adult employment programs. Some businesses may also remember Alex as the facilitator of the Safe Harbour Program for the Tri-Cities. 

Alex is also a certified instructor in Crisis Prevention Institute and Mandt Crisis Intervention training, which is helpful when teaching about how to deal with an angry customer. Teaching good customer service is Alex's passion.



Pricing

 $120 +GST 

We respectfully request at least 72 hours of notice for cancellations. A full refund of ticket purchased will be made via the original payment method. Cancellation made less than 72 hours will result in a 100% charge of the ticket price.
