2021 Empowering Steps 5K Walk / Run / Roll

In collaboration with Symington Symbiotic Foundation and Coquitlam Foundation (for Symington Endowment Fund) we are pleased to present this year's Empowering Steps 5K Walk / Run / Roll.

This year, we ask you to....

WALK for autism awareness.

RUN beyond disabilities.

ROLL forward for our children.

All proceeds will be shared between the Symington Symbiotic Foundation and Coquitlam Foundation Symington Endowment Fund to support and benefit children with autism and other neuro-development disabilities, youth-at-risk and aspiring elite athletes.  

OUR GOAL is to raise $35,000 this year.  We have raised $15,000 so far and we need your help to get the last $20,000.
