Mum of 4 wonderful boys, Rokia has mastered the art of cooking and quickly developed a passion for food.
During this session, you will discover the national dish of Senegal called théboudienne, a boldly flavoured combination of fish, rice, and vegetables simmered in tomato sauce is a hearty one-pot meal.
