Thank you for your ongoing interest in our plans to help revitalize the Moody Centre TOD Area. As you are aware, we have applied to rezone and amend the Official Community Plan for our properties at 3060-3092 Spring Street, 80-85 Electronic Avenue, and a portion of the Electronic Avenue road right-of-way.

As a next step in the planning process, we will be hosting an in-person Community Open House to share our proposal with the community, seek your feedback and answer questions. Please see details below.

We are proud to share our proposal, which is a result of four years of planning, community conversations and input gathered through the Moody Centre TOD Area master planning process. Our proposal, which is heavily influenced by the input received during this time, seeks to bring market housing, non-market housing, a large community plaza, active retail, extensive improvements to the public realm, and employment space to the community.

The ongoing engagement program has played a crucial role in improving this rezoning application, resulting in a better project. We look forward to continuing this engagement with you.
