Description

Do your long days at the office often end with neck and back pain?

This presentation provides background on musculoskeletal injuries that are common in an office environment, why they occur (risk factors), and strategies to minimize risk (including how to "ergonomically" configure your workstation). Participants are provided a checklist to take back to their own workstation to assist with configuring their work space or that of co-workers/employees.

In the following Q&A, Dan can answer your questions about popular solutions to office injuries, like sitting on a ball, treadmill desks and sit-stand workstations.
