Jason Jakubec is a founding partner of Lawyers West who opened doors in the Tri-Cities in August 2010.  Jason has been practicing for 18 years with a focus on business law, wills and estates, and real estate transfer.

During his career he has advised his corporate clients, sole proprietors, small partnership and not-for-profits on their rights and obligations as employers and prepared employment contracts and service contracts for these clients.  He has also advised both employers and employees on the end of employment relationships, including appropriate notice periods, appropriate severance, and additional considerations, and the termination of services contracts.
