Being an entrepreneur at heart, he then co-founded Eaglequest Golf Centers in 1996 and helped it raise over $65 million in capital and complete 20 acquisitions. Don operated Eaglequest for 8 years as President and General Manager and was responsible for a 40% increase in EBITDA. Don founded Value Drivers Advisory in 2009.
