Description

Who is this session for:

  • chamber members that are responsible for managing a corporate health and wellness program and are struggling with employee engagement.
  • chamber members who want to improve their employee’s mental health in an all-inclusive and effective manner,
  • business owners who want to offer a meaningful, corporate health and wellness program that aligns with their company’s core values, that will motivate their employees, and attract top recruits to join their business.

What members will take away/learn:

This event will give you insight into the future of corporate health and wellness programs so attend if you want to be ahead of the curve.

Find out why less than 10% of employees engage with their company's corporate health and wellness programs.  What's being offered today isn't working.  Learn what a more cost-effective, inclusive, sustainable, and community building corporate health & wellness program can look like.  It's more than having access to a gym or free yoga classes.  Creating a corporate culture of movement will help your employees improve their mental health, energy, and productivity for the long term. Participants of this event will also learn some basic, joint mobility movements that they can incorporate into their office environment right away.
