Ryan Gorder, CPA, CA, is a Partner and Business Advisor with MNP’s Port Moody office providing tax, accounting and consulting services to owner managed businesses. His areas of expertise include corporate and individual tax, accounting and consulting on issues such as sale of businesses, corporate restructuring and succession planning. Ryan takes pride in building strong relationships with his clients to ensure he can provide solutions tailored for every situation. Ryan completed a Bachelor of Accounting degree and a Financial Management diploma from BCIT and holds the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA) designations.

Kathryn MacAulay, CPA, CA is a Partner and Canadian Tax Specialist with MNP in the Lower Mainland. Working primarily with privately owned companies, Kathryn delivers tax planning, tax controversy and corporate tax solutions to help clients achieve their personal and business goals. Kathryn completed her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Kwantlen and holds the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA) designations. Kathryn has also completed the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course.
