More about Jennifer & Erica:
Jennifer has been with the CRA since 2000, first as a co-op student, and then moved into other departments before joining the Liaison Officer team in 2014.
Erica has been with the CRA since 2008 and has worked in various departments before joining the Liaison Team almost a year ago. She’s currently working on her work experience for her CPA designation.
The Liaison Officer team is primarily involved with meeting taxpayers who are self-employed and offer to provide general information about allowable expenses and requirements for proper bookkeeping for tax purposes.
