4:30-5:25pm - Tons of pre-train activities Giant BonFire, Carols, Free Food and drinks.
5:25pm - Train scheduled to arrive 
5:45-6:15pm - Jim Cuddy and Tracey Brown perform 
6:30-8pm - Snacks and activities in the Galleria at City Hall
