You are invited to participate in Douglas College’s 2024 Hiring Days Event. We are offering two days to choose from (see below for more details). Attend one day or both – whatever works best for you and your organization. 

Event Details: 

• Dates: Tuesday, March 5 and Wednesday, March 6 
• Time: 10:00 am to 3:00 pm (Set-up starts at 9:00 am) 

Registration Rates: 

• 1 Day - $450.00 (non-profits: $175.00) 
• 2 Days - $800.00 (non-profits: $250.00) 

What is Supplied? 

• Each exhibitor space includes one 6’ x 2.5’ table, two chairs, and Wi-Fi access 
• Parking passes for the parkade for the day (2 max) 
• Light refreshments will be provided in the morning 

Your registration form will be reviewed within 5 business days. You will then receive a follow-up email on how to proceed with payment. 

Douglas College reserves the right to cancel or change the event and withdraw any registration at its discretion. Refund on registration will be offered in such situations but Douglas College will not assume responsibility for any claims, losses, costs or expenses arising from those cancellations or changes. A waitlist system will be implemented when space has become full.
