We’re TWO YEARS OLD in our beautiful community of Port Moody so we are celebrating with a open house on Saturday, April 11 from 10 am to noon.

This family oriented, fun-filled event will feature lots of friendly competitions like feats of strength, speed and mobility with prizes for the top finishers in each event.  No experience necessary as the events will be accessible to everyone.  Prizes are provided by Strike Movement and other supportive local businesses including Soko Tea House, Port Moody Flowers, Vigour Health and Wellness, and more.

We will draw for a grand prize of THREE MONTHS GET STARTED PACKAGE which includes:

• two one-on-one private sessions,
• six Movement Fundamentals (MoFun),
• three months of: 
  • Unlimited CrossFit classes,
  • Unlimited Meditation and Yoga classes,
  • Unlimited Mobility-Strength classes (exclusive to Engineered Bodies)
  • Unlimited Handstands 101 classes,
• Valued at $750
• The fine print: transferrable, package must be started by April 30, 2015.

To enter the grand prize draw: Bring a donation to Ruben’s Shoes.  Accepted donations include used shoes (no snow boots please) or cash.  One item = one entry, e.g one pair of shoes or suggested donation of $5 per entry.  Must be present at the time of draw to win.
