Description
Have you ever wanted to watch a live CrossFit event? Or wanted to support a local charity while having fun?Ruben's Throwdown is the first Charity Community CrossFit Competition that is truly ALL INCLUSIVE. The workouts are designed so that beginner athletes can contribute to their team and more experienced athletes can showcase their skills.
The 1st Annual Ruben's Throwdown held last year at Engineered Bodies Strength & Conditioning (aka CrossFit Port Moody) was a huge success and we're excited for this year!
The 2nd Annual Ruben’s Throwdown will be an all day event and will consist of a friendly community Crossfit competition whereby teams will compete in multiple CrossFit workouts to raise money for Ruben's Shoes.
Registration is individual, however you will be placed in teams of 4 (2 female, 2 male), based on experience level. Participants will find out who their teams are the day of the competition.
All the proceeds go to Ruben's Shoes.
