The Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce and Strive Health & Performance are hosting a series of #SupportLocal webinars. Join us as we learn new dinner favourite, movement exercises, cocktail recipes, and so much more! 

Join us to go through activities that you can do with your kids to keep them active and engaged while staying at home. We will be discussing some creative and fun ideas that are easy to do. At the end, we will be answering any fitness questions that you may have!

Attendees will be entered for two family virtual personal training sessions with a Master Trainer of your choice.

Strive is a multi-disciplinary health care clinic with physiotherapists, chiropractors, registered massage therapists and kinesiologists. Its clinic offers acupuncture and IMS, as well as concussion management. During this pandemic, they are offering virtual care, as well, they are providing a hotline to talk with any of their therapists at 778-355-3050.

This has been a difficult time for all of us, not just small business owners. Strive wanted to find a way to not only help our fellow small businesses but to also provide a service to our community. They figured the best way to do that is to host a webinar series that features our great local businesses, which in turn will give those at home some entertainment, education and interactive content.
