Local flavours are here for a short time and are gone before you know it. Tuck away some of that fresh fruit and vegetable goodness as delicious jams and crunchy pickles. Using local seasonal produce, you will learn the basics of food preservation. Two jars of bounty will go home with you after the class. Registration required. (16+) $30 per person.
