Terry is a strategic business coach working with small to medium sized companies to develop effective and motivated employee teams which produce increased revenues, controlled payroll costs, reduced HR management, increased profitability, diminished workplace stress.
We will explore the key factors to building an effective team and work place environment, identify common employer/employee work place goals and objectives, and introduce results based team performance compensation programs.
This session is for employers wanting to take their business to another level and those frustrated with ongoing compensation demands by seemingly un-motivated staff unappreciative of the owner/manager's responsibilities to sluggish sales, increasing payroll costs, staff turnover and low operating profits.
