Description
MHFA is a 12 hour certificate course taught over 2 days (June 2nd & 3rd from 8:30 am - 4:00 pm). You will learn how to identify the signs & symptoms of mental health disorders, access risk of suicide and/or harm, listen non-judgmentally, give reassurance, provide initial help and guide a person to professional help.
