In this 2-hour mpowerement session you will be actively engaged to learn basic self-defense techniques, fall, trip and slip prevention tips, assertive communication strategies, balance, mobility and strength training exercises and relaxation mindfulness breathing skills. Come join other men and women to feel strong, confident and respected in a non-threatening environment where you can explore physical body movement, life saving techniques and everyday peaceful mindfulness.
