Are you curious to explore and identify your own authentic personal leadership style. What impact of your leadership style do you want to be known for? This first session is designed for working business women or women in leadership positions who are interested in becoming more effective leaders. You will explore and learn about different leaderships styles (Daniel Goleman, 2000), the 10 Commandments of Great Leaders (Kouzes & Posner, 2007) and you will create your OWN leadership brand and authentic personal leadership ethos. You will be asked to show courage, openness, and a willingness to challenge yourself outside of your comfort zone in a safe supportive environment.
