  • Identify how better management can free up cash to fuel growth
We will do hands on case study so that you get practice at using Financial Gap Theory so you can take it home and use it in your business. So bring a pencil and calculator.

About the Facilitator:
Tom Lewis, as a former business banker with 34 years of experience, brings his passion for helping small business owners understand their financial position and his belief in goal setting as a way of initiating change in family owned businesses.
