Did you start the New Year off with a bang - achieving goals that you have set for yourself, but a couple months in, those goals have lost steam and are often forgotten? This year I set intentions and created a VISION BOARD that represented those intentions…and 4 months into this year, I have manifested some amazing stuff based on my intentions!! Join me in creating your own life VISION and how you can manifest your dream. This interactive workshop will incorporate writing, introspection, creative visioning and finish off with an intentional yoga practice to connect your intentions on a cellular level.$20 + GST member price
