Our 3rd Annual Ruben's Throwdown in support of our friends at Ruben's Shoes includes a special Saturday event designed for beginners and fitness enthusiasts that want to contribute to the cause but do not have the entire day to commit to.
We have designed a challenging but super fun workout for you to tackle and sweat it out with other like-minded people in your community.
