Description

Bollywood is coming to Coquitlam Centre for Culture days. So what is it about Bollywood dance that’s gets us wanting to celebrate beyond boundaries? Why do we find ourselves trying to mimic the moves, with our hands in the air, like we just don’t care? Bollywood is very expressive, it's funky fun and it’s inclusive. World renowned Shiamak Bollywood dance team will get you shimmying, shaking, and jiving to irresistible Bollywood beats.

Representing the biggest Bollywood Dance academy in the world, the SHIAMAK Dance Team in Vancouver consists of some of the brightest and most promising talented performers in the lower mainland. Handpicked by Shiamak Davar himself, they have made a mark with power packed performances at the Indian International Film Academy Awards (IIFA Awards), the Times of India Film Awards (TOIFA Awards) in Vancouver, The Opening Ceremony for the World Police and Fire Games, Canadian Tourism Commission’s Rendezvous Canada as well as many more high profile and community events.

The SHIAMAK Group continues to unite cultures and build bonds of friendship between India and Canada through dance. Please put your hands together for The SHIAMAK Vancouver dance team!
