Ceviche de camarón: marinated shrimps over citric in this case lime juice, served with cucumber, red onions, tomatos and Serrano peppers. Served on a Toastada
Birria de Res: is a meat stew or soup made from beef in the north of Mexico, the meat is marinated in an adobo made of vinegar, dried chiles, garlic, and herbs and spices (including cumin, bay leaves, and thyme). Will be served as tacos with our fresh tortillas.
Salsa Verde: raw and fresh salsa made with green tomato, chile and avocado. A must for your tacos!
Tortillas from scratch. Take turns at trying to make your own tortillas!
Mexican Flan: Fresh, light and creamy! All South American countries have their own version, this is the authentic Mexican caramel upside down flan!
