Jessica Spraggs, Spraggs Law 


Jessica Spraggs practices in the area of employment law. She is active representing both employers and employees in all matters relating to the workplace, including employment agreements, workplace investigations, employment standards compliance and terminations. 

Jessica completed her law degree at the University of British Columbia Law School in 2005. After law school, she completed a clerkship at the British Columbia Court of Appeal before being called to the British Columbia bar in 2006. Jessica articled with a large national firm in downtown Vancouver and stayed on as an associate in the firm’s real estate practice until joining Spraggs Law in 2010.


Rachel Rabinovitch, Spraggs Law


For more than 12 years, Rachel has worked in human resources and on management teams providing practical solutions to complex issues. This includes training and development, recruitment, benefits, culture, employee relations and process improvement, including HRIS implementations and upgrades. Rachel has worked directly with leaders in many of her roles to promote effective workplace relationships and inform on legislative compliance.

Rachel has experience in multiple industries including hospitality (small business), post-secondary, retail, and law, in both non-unionized and complex, multi-union environments. Spending several years in HR generalist and advising roles, Rachel has gained knowledge and experience in many facets of Human Resources in order to effectively assist clients with their HR needs.
