Join the Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday, February 16 at 12:00pm for an information session on Polygon's proposed Coronation Heights development. Hugh Ker, Community Relations Liaison and Brandon Hohenwarter, VP Development will give an overview of the 11-acre plan, how it fits in Coquitlam’s city planning and the potential benefits to the community.

Polygon has a long history in the Tri-Cities area and are the builders of the most livable, diverse, and neighbourly communities in the region. Its proposed Coronation Heights development would be a major new neighbourhood in the eastern city center of Coquitlam. On completion it would feature significant community benefits including:
- 2100 Market strata Homes
- 800 Rental homes with 20% offered at below market rates
- A 1 acre public park and almost 3 acres of woodland
- 10,000 sq. ft. of childcare facilities for up to 63 children
- Major public art
- 3,500 sq. ft. of retail
- A walkable community with pedestrian access to rapid transit (Inlet Centre SkyTrain)
- Local road upgrades
- A new ‘Gateway’ to Coquitlam on Barnett Highway
- Financial benefits including $115 M in density payments and DCC’s and $4M+ annually in incremental tax revenue
- Approximately 5,000 residents to support and develop local and surrounding businesses
- Significant job creation over a 10 to 15 year buildout
- Alignment with City of Coquitlam goals as outlined in the City Center Area Plan
