About

Safe + Sound First Aid Training Ltd. helps create safer communities throughout the Tri-Cities and Metro Vancouver by empowering people with education and lifesaving skills.

Based in Coquitlam, we are a Canadian Red Cross Training Partner and have been providing first aid and safety training to businesses and the public since 1999.

We offer the following training programs:

  • Red Cross First aid & CPR (In-Person Classes)
  • Mental Health First Aid - Standard (Virtual Classes)
  • Babysitting for 11-15 Year-Olds  (Virtual Classes)

In addition to the above, we also offer hundreds of online safety training programs through our online course library, and sell Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs).
