Assessment Clinic:The Tri-Cities COVID-19 & Influenza-Like Illness Clinic hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM – 4:30PM Patients can walk in: Yes (but appointments are preferred and there may be a long wait if no appointment is booked in advance) Per the BC Ministry of Health, COVID-19 assessments for testing are available to anyone who would like to be assessed (a doctor’s referral is not obligatory for patients to be seen). However, in order to process patients in the most orderly fashion and due to infection prevention and control measures, we ask patients to call in advance and book an appointment.
